Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. No physical shipment

Social Zero provides a cloud-based, software-as-a-service (SaaS) product accessed over the internet. We do not sell or ship any physical goods. Accordingly, no shipping charges, couriers, tracking numbers, or delivery timelines for physical products apply.

2. Instant digital delivery

• Free plan: access is available immediately after you register and verify your email.
• Paid plans: your plan's features are activated immediately upon successful payment and confirmation from our payment partner. In rare cases where a payment is still being confirmed, activation completes automatically within a few minutes.

3. Accessing the service

You use the Service by logging in at https://socialzero.io from any supported web browser. There is no software to download or install.

4. If activation is delayed

If your paid features are not active shortly after a successful payment, please refresh the subscription page, or contact us at [email protected] with your account email and transaction ID and we'll resolve it promptly.
