Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "user") and Codes Easy ("Social Zero", "we", "us"), which operates the Social Zero website and application at https://socialzero.io (the "Service").

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By registering for an account, subscribing to a paid plan, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must connect only social media accounts that you own or are authorised to manage.

3. Description of the Service

Social Zero is an AI-powered social media management tool. It helps you generate captions and visual content, tailor posts for different platforms, schedule content, and publish to connected social media accounts (including Instagram, Facebook, and Threads). Features available to you depend on your plan. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

4. Subscriptions, billing & auto-renewal

The Service is offered on a free plan and on paid monthly subscription plans (Pro and Premium). By subscribing to a paid plan you agree to the following:

• Recurring billing. Paid plans are billed on an automatically recurring monthly basis through our payment partners (Razorpay for customers in India, and Razorpay or PayPal for international customers). Your subscription renews automatically each billing cycle until you cancel.
• Authorisation. By subscribing you authorise us and our payment partner to charge your chosen payment method (card, UPI, e-mandate, net banking, or PayPal) the applicable recurring fee, plus any applicable taxes, each cycle.
• Pricing. Current prices are shown on our Pricing page. Indian customers are billed in Indian Rupees (INR); international customers are billed in US Dollars (USD). The price shown at checkout is the price you are charged.
• RBI e-mandate notice. For recurring UPI / e-mandate / card mandates set up under Reserve Bank of India rules, your bank or our payment partner will send you a pre-debit notification at least 24 hours before each charge, and you may cancel or opt out before that debit.
• Taxes. Prices may be exclusive of applicable taxes (such as GST), which will be added where required by law.
• Failed payments. If a recurring payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or suspend or downgrade your access to paid features.

5. Cancellation & refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing inside the app. When you cancel, your subscription is not renewed for the next cycle and you retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. Subscriptions are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please review that policy for full details.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create, schedule, or publish content that:

• is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing, obscene, or infringes anyone's rights;
• violates the terms, policies, or automated-posting rules of any connected social media platform;
• is spam, misleading, or deceptive, or impersonates any person or entity;
• contains malware, or attempts to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other accounts;
• infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights of any third party.

You are solely responsible for the content you generate, edit, schedule, and publish through the Service and for ensuring it complies with all applicable laws and the rules of each platform you publish to.

7. AI-generated content

The Service uses third-party artificial-intelligence models to generate text and images. AI output can be inaccurate, biased, or unintentionally similar to existing works. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or suitability of AI output, and you should not rely on it as professional advice.

8. Your content & licence

You retain ownership of the content and materials you provide or generate ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service — including sending it to AI providers to generate output and to connected social platforms to publish on your behalf.

9. Third-party services

The Service depends on third-party platforms and providers (social networks, AI providers, payment gateways). Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for changes, outages, rate limits, or actions taken by those third parties (for example, a social platform rejecting or removing a post).

10. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content (excluding Your Content), is owned by Codes Easy and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of the Service without our written permission.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular result (such as growth in followers or engagement).

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codes Easy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or reputation, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Codes Easy from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

14. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or where required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription and closing your account.

15. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date and, where appropriate, communicated to you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kochi, Kerala, India.
